In 2020 I completed a course in Transformational Coaching. This type of coaching is often thought of as Career/Life Coaching. The training and knowledge I received from Animas empowers me to help clients on a wide variety of topics, always with the goal: helping you move forward.

What remains after we drink tea?
My Interactive Session at the Berlin Tea Festival (2019) provided two answers:
- A certain, natural beauty in saved leaves. Featuring a range of color and texture. This is a waste that can be returned to the planet.
- A natural pigment that can be seen in paper.

Reduce stress on your cables.
Casual placement of our devices places stress on cables, connectors, and ports. Take time to place them in such a way so a greater portion of the cable itself is supported. This demonstrates care for our cables and devices.

Taking care of my primary wooden cutting board.
Here you can see the effect when applying mineral oil.
I’ve had this since 2005 and move from San Francisco to Berlin with it. I oil it once every other month with a basic mineral oil, to restore the health and lustre of the board. Such a pleasure doing so. Take care of your wood cutting boards: scrub them occasionally and dry them with a towel to ensure they will have a chance to dry thoroughly.
