Greetings from a field trip to Leipzig. Riding trains is so nice. There was a certain silence and peace after all the exiting passengers left the platform. The train was standing by to depart.
Humanity always benefits from building and maintaining public transportation systems. Cars separate people, whereas transit creates space that lets people be together to practice respect of each other and let us go about our business.

Returned Leaves with Tea
Last October I collected autumn leaves in Plänterwald and mounted them at home. Now one lear later I wanted to return the leaves to the same forest to be digested back into the planet naturally. I brewed an oolong tea to celebrate the occasion.
Happy tea-clipse! Composed of used, dried Chinese black teas from Fuijan and Yunnan.
I love photographing people in these touristy settings, where they are photographing friends and family, or themselves. There’s a noticeable pattern: take the photo, then come together to review, then redo if needed. Then it is the other persons turn to have their photo taken. As I see people facing in one direction and posing, I see a certain more relaxed, non-posed presentation from the side. – Staroměstské náměstí (Old Town Square), Prague.
