Fresh ginger tea

This is how it’s done in Berlin. Slices of fresh ginger root skewered in a practical and decorative way, plus lemon on top. Includes cookie and honey.

Ginger root tea on Flickr.

Via Flickr:
Sliced up fresh ginger root, simmer it for about 10 minutes, pour it all into a glass. It’ll retain a cloudiness. Here the glass sits in a lamp. Chunks of ginger sit at the bottom.
